I’ve had a few of you request different interval workouts for when you’re at the gym, so today I’m sharing five Treadmill Interval Workouts that you can pin & save and try out when you hit the gym!! Intervals are an amazing fat burning workout and you can crush calories in a shorter amount of time than if you were just out for a run for the same period of time. Give them a try at your level (what is fast for you might be slow for someone else, etc. so set the speeds at a doable level for yourself so you don’t go flying off the treadmill.) You can also try doing these on the elliptical!
These first two are some that I actually created a few years back but I saved them on my Pinterest. I love to be able to head there when I don’t feel like thinking of a workout and can just do a throwback one I’ve already made! So I’m sorry those graphics aren’t great but they are good workouts so feel free to write them down or screenshot them onto your phone!
