Hi friends! I hope y’all had a fantastic weekend. Who has been watching the Olympics? I’ve been watching as much as I can, especially soccer (duh), gymnastics, and swimming. Those are my favorites 🙂 Aren’t these athletes so inspiring?
If you’re looking to challenge yourself this week, I have some great circuits here that involve both HIIT, cardio, and plyometrics (jump training) that will definitely make you work. Modify as necessary, be sure to stretch & foam roll after, and let me know if you have any questions!
Of all the workouts I do, I have to have circuits in there every week. I just find them to constantly challenge me…you get out of it what you put into it…and I see results. Oh and they are usually under 30 minutes so they are pretty quick too!
Here are the workouts. Do these every other day and then do some cardio on the alternating days. I like to run on those days but you could walk, do a cardio machine, swim, row, bike, hike…anything!
Oh, and one more thought to leave with you for some extra inspiration 🙂 No excuses!
