While I do try to share new dinner recipes with y’all each week, and I have a new one this week as well, what I wanted to focus more on today is my breakfast because it’s my current obsession. Y’all know I usually love my oatmeal but lately I have been ALL ABOUT the Van’s protein waffles. I put them in the toaster, top with some PB & honey and add a side of fruit…perfect breakfast!
Y’all know I had a cup of coffee with some frothed creamer as well, but no new pic of that.
Lunch was a sandwich with Dave’s Killer Bread, salmon, spinach, mayo, & chipotle sauce. SO dang good.
Early afternoon snack before my Physical therapy appointment was a BUILT bar. PS y’all I think they brought back the German Chocolate Cake! You can use code BESS for a discount at checkout!
After PT Emma and I ran some errands, and then she was hungry when we got back. She is in a fun phase of asking for something, then I make it for her, then she changes her mind. Toddlers, man 😉 and I’m not about to waste food, so I ate another waffle and a scoop of yogurt she didn’t want.
For dinner we did something easy & pretty healthy…Craig grilled us some chicken and I baked these potato wedges and cooked this protein blend in the microwave for some veggies.
Dessert…watermelon popsicle FTW! Can’t stop won’t stop!
