I love to pair a dress with a pair of sneakers! This combo is one of my favorites. These sneakers are my new favorites…I love the black and white color scheme. You can wear these year round…I’m already envisioning wearing them with jeans, a leather jacket, & a scarf come fall! The sneakers run true to size. To continue with the more casual theme, I grabbed this cute Sam Edelman faux leather backpack. It has an adjustable drop handle and adjustable backpack straps. Throw a denim jacket on top and you’re set! I got this jacket earlier in the summer and it’s my favorite jean jacket. I love the distressing on it and the color. I have the medium! Lastly, a good layered necklace situation is necessary whether you are dressed up or down, and so I’m wearing this Saks Fifth Avenue paperclip necklace and this Gorjana crescent pendant necklace with both looks.

Taking the dress from day to night is simple! Change out your shoes and handbag and you’re ready for date night. I love these Steve Madden ankle-strap sandals. The tan color is so gorgeous and they are very comfortable. I have three pairs of this same style shoe now in three colors because that’s how comfortable it is. They run true to size and are under $60. For the handbag, I grabbed this trendy python print clutch. I love that it’s small but it’s still a statement piece with the snake print and metallic gleam. The gold strap is removable and it’s only $39. Such a steal.
