Happy New Year!! In honor of the new decade, I have a 20-20 workout for ya to try sometime this week. First up, do the 20-minute workout (printable HERE) and then set your timer for 20 minutes and do the core, back, & butt blaster workout (printable HERE) as many times through as you can.
