Weekly Newsletter: New & Improved + What You’ll Get to Your Inbox

I’ve been working on a variety on things lately geared towards making your experience with my content easier to consume while delivering what you want to see, what you’re accustomed to seeing, and also some new things.  One way I plan to do that is through my new & improved newsletter.  I plan to send this out weekly and it’s going to have everything all concise and summed up in one place, straight to your inbox.  In case you miss anything from me on Instagram, on the blog, or wherever you may keep up with me, I’ll be sharing it all in the newsletter in addition to a bunch of subscriber-only content!

Here’s what you can expect in the newsletter:

• “Lately on the Blog” – Sharing blog posts you may have missed from the week or popular blog posts from the past
• “Tip of the Week” – From life hacks to fitness help, recipes, or just tips I think will make your life easier!  Each newsletter will have a new tip of the week.  You will only find this content in the newsletter.
• “This Week’s Workout” – Yup, now the weekly workout with the printable download w/ picture demonstrations of all the moves will be sent in this newsletter, not as a separate extra email.  I am not trying to blow up your inbox!  So I’ve consolidated these into one.
• “New Finds” – Exactly what it sounds like…I’ll be rounding up a few of my favorite new finds for the week in this section.  You may see some of my finds on the blog, but most will be exclusive just to the newsletter.
• “Weekly Challenge” – Each week I will be creating a mini challenge for us to do together.  This may be fitness related, healthy eating related, beauty related, style, home decor, or just life in general!  Each mini challenge will be designed to enhance your life in some way and we can take with us the habits we want to implement in our lives.  You will only find this content in the newsletter.
• “Inspiration” – everybody loves some boss babe/girl power/general life inspo, am I right? This section will deliver.  This is another subscriber-only newsletter perk.
