Hi friends! Hope your weekend is going well. We had a sunny day yesterday so Craig and I got out for a 4 mile hike at Kings Mountain State Park. And now I have the weekly workout schedule for the week ahead plus I wanted to share my current tank top crush. I’ve had some people ask me what my favorite workout tank is and I think right now it has to be this one below because I like wearing it down & flowy (love the open back) but I can also tie it up to different places depending on what I’m feeling! The material is super soft and great for sweaty workouts. It also comes in a bunch of colors!
Weekly Workout Schedule
Monday: Upper Body & Arms Workout
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to run or do a spin class on these days.
Wednesday: Quick Calorie Torch Workout
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to run or do a spin class on these days.
Friday: Low Impact Strength Training Workout
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice. I like to run or do a spin class on these days. I add about 15 extra minutes in just because I feel like I have more time on the weekends for some extra exercise!
Sunday: rest day or a nice easy walk!
