Happy STRONGER Sunday babes;) How BA is this workout set from Stronger Label?  These pieces are part of their throwback collection and TBH I love it! Simple but powerful.  I dig it!  I’m wearing a medium in both.  I’m looking forward to starting a fresh week this week in my new career!  I had a few days at the end of last week when I was slammed with a bunch of deadlines, which is AWESOME because this is my work now, but I didn’t have much time to put up new blog posts.  Looking forward to some new real stuff & LIFE to share with y’all!

This week’s workouts have tons of compound exercises, meaning they work multiple muscle groups at once to not only maximize your time (aka getting workouts done in sub 30 minutes!) but also burn up tons of calories.

Weekly Workout Schedule

Monday: FULL BODY WORKOUT | repeat circuit 5-6x

Burpee + Squat w/ Curl to Press 10x
10 Mountain Climbers + 4 Pushups 5x
Squats w/ Alternating Leg Raise w/ Lateral Shoulder Raises 10x/side
Single Leg Booty Kickback w/ Triceps Kickback 10x/side
Bicycle Abs 40x

Tuesday: CARDIO | 30-45 minutes your choice!  Running is usually my choice 🙂

Wednesday: ABS & ARMS | repeat circuit 5x

10 Jumping Jacks + 10 Plank Jacks 5x
Biceps Curl to V-Press in Chair Pose 12-15x
Single Arm Row to Triceps Kickback in Lunge Position 20x/side
Spider Planks 40x (20x/side)
Up/Down Planks 20x
Alternating Rear Fly to Row 20x
Toe Touch Crunches 20x

Thursday: CARDIO | 30-45 minutes your choice!

Friday: LEGS, BOOTY, & CARDIO | Repeat 3x through

Split Lunge Jumps 20x (10x/side)
Squats w/ Alternating Back Leg Kickback 20x
Skaters w/ Single Leg Jump Up 20x
Donkey Kicks 20x/side
Fire Hydrants 20x/side
Single Leg Glute Hip Bridges 10x/side
Jump Squats 15x
High Knees Run in Place 30 seconds

Saturday: CARDIO 45-60 minutes of your choice!

Sunday: Rest Day or take a nice easy walk 🙂
