I don’t know about you, but fall is most definitely my favorite running season. And call me crazy, but I actually kinda like when it gets darker earlier. It feels like the holidays are on the horizon…and they are!! (Yaaaay)
Here’s a few of my pictures on my phone that make up my fall running photo montage:
My mileage right now is between 3-6 miles per run and I’m happy with that. My leg still hurts me sometimes when I run too much (either too far or too frequently) but I am thinking about looking for another race…we will see 😉

Hey! I usually just cook the egg whites separately either on the stove or if I’m in a hurry I will make a "mug egg" (spray a mug with nonstick cooking spray, crack 2 egg whites into the mug, cover with a paper towel and microwave for 1 minute or until cooked all the way through) then I cut it up into smaller pieces and put it in the cooked oatmeal!
