The April Besst Workouts Challenge was so fun & effective…I loved having that extra boost of motivation knowing we all were working out together, focused & determined, for those 4 weeks!! I hope you have kept it going. That is a huge part of why I like to do these challenges: it helps really refocus and reinvigorate that drive and the more you do things like that, the more it becomes a habitual action for you. So don’t let up just because the challenge is over!!
I wanted to share the 4 Week Challenge Winners today: the last 2 weekly winners as well as the winner of the Grand Prize! I want to note here: all of the winners were selected at random, even the Grand Prize winner. Those testimonials qualified you to win the Grand Prize, but I did not subjectively decide that one was better than the other in terms of what the content of the testimonial said. They all were so great and I wish I could give everyone a prize! I promise we will do more challenges 🙂
