Hey loves & happy Friday! I love posting fun things on Fridays because it just feels like an extra little celebration for the weekend 😉 Anyways, I have been wanting to share one of my all-time favorite products with you for a while and I’m finally getting around to it! The Beautycounter Charcoal Mask has really changed my skin. I have been using it prior to pregnancy to keep my complexion clear, and it has helped dramatically during pregnancy since I’ve been more prone to hormonal breakouts. I shudder to think what my skin would look like without using it!
I try to use it 2x per week and treat myself to a little “spa” night aka putting on my pajamas, making some tea, putting on the mask, & either reading or catching up on TV shows! Craig even uses it sometimes 😉
A little about the mask:
This nutrient-rich kaolin clay mask deep-cleans and balances, absorbing excess oil and drawing out impurities. Activated charcoal minimizes the appearance of pores, giving skin a smooth, refined appearance, while salicylic acid stimulates exfoliation. Perfect for those concerned with congestion and oily skin.
It’s really great for all skin types and just really sucks all the junk out of your pores to clear your skin clear. It brightens your skin and tightens pores. It leaves your skin so smooth after use! I love doing it at night and following up with the rejuvenating night cream for extra anti-aging benefits.
