You all know I try to live the healthiest life possible. Honest to Goodness Essentials at Publix has a great variety of plant based or nature-inspired products. Again, they are on sale this week and I’ll share the coupons & sale details for ya below!! Here are some of the things I personally stocked up on!
Annie’s Macaroni & Cheese Classic Cheddar: This has been one of my pregnancy cravings so it’s a good time to stock up 😉 It’s made with organic pasta, has 9g of protein per serving, and no artificial flavors, synthetic colors, or preservatives. It’s also non-GMO.
Rice Chex: I’ve always been a cereal girl and I love the crunchy, yummy texture of Chex. I like that it’s made with simple ingredients that don’t have artificial colors, flavors or preservatives (BHT), and seven of the eight flavors are gluten free.
Pampers Pure Protection Diapers: This was my first time buying diapers for MYSELF (well not for ME but for my baby, you know what I mean!) and I was really excited to see that these diapers in particular were on sale. I have been doing a lot of research on what diapers I want to use and this kind seemed like the best in terms of price, performance, and the fact they don’t have any harmful chemicals…they have 0% Chlorine, Bleaching, Fragrance, Parabens, or Latex.
YQ Blueberry Yogurt: This stuff is so good. I love the texture and I really love that it’s so filling. It has 15g protein and 40% less sugar than the leading Greek yogurt. YQ blueberry only has 9g of sugar per 5.3oz serving and the leading yogurt brand contains 15g of sugar per 5.3oz serving!
