Hey loves! I hope you’re staying warm this weekend and getting your workouts in š I’ve got the second week of the fitness challenge coming here for ya, with brand new circuits, and this time you’ll be doing them 4 times through if you can!!Ā I know you can do it!

Monday: Legs & Cardio Circuit
Tuesday:Ā Ā 40 minute walk, jog, or run!
Wednesday: Abs & Arms Circuit
Thursday: 45 minutes incline walking treadmill workout (incline 12-15, speed 3.0-3.5)
Friday: Full Body Circuit
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice!
Sunday: Active Rest! Take a 30 minute stroll
