What are some sweaters for winter that are actually warm? There are a lot of lighter sweaters out there for fall but I need some good suggestions for when the temperates really drop!
I totally understand!! It’s good to have both lightweight and heavy sweaters in your lineup and I’ve shared more of the lightweight variety lately since we have still be experiencing more fall weather rather than really cold winter weather. I’ve shared some of my favorites that I’ve got my eye on for the winter below!

Yes absolutely! In fact, I am going to be sharing a ton of recipes in the workout & nutrition program, and as a little sneak peek I’ll share one of those here with ya! And y’all know I’m also all in favor of just having a regular cookie every now and then too, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. But I get sometimes too its nice to have “healthier” treats with substitutions that may fit our personal goals a little better and still of course taste delicious. Enjoy both 🙂
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour OR brown rice protein
- 1/2 cup all-natural unsweetened applesauce
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°. Stir ingredients until well combined. Put dough on lightly greased wax paper on cookie sheet. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.

I need some tips on styling a bar cart for the holidays. Do you have any tips?
