Hi babes! Happy Sunday š I have another weekly workout schedule for ya this week with new workouts! Ā Craig and I will be traveling the next couple of weeks so I will be re-using some of the workouts from the past month in the next 2 weeks, but I think that is actually a really valuable thing to do with your workouts is to go back and do them again, test your strength, maybe increase weights a little bit or do moves a little faster like jump squats or burpees (with good form still of course!). Ā It’s just a good way to see if you can push yourself a little bit more.

Also, I’m loving this soft cross bank tank top. Ā Y’all it’s that amazing waffle knit type material but really lightweight….great for yoga or throwing some weights around…also would be perfect for casual wear too under a flannel or even alone! Loveeee it.

WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Monday: Legs & Cardio
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Wednesday: Abs, Arms, & Cardio
Thursday: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice
Friday: Full Body & Cardio
Saturday: 45-60 minutes cardio of your choice
Sunday: Active rest (30 minute leisurely walk) or just rest!
