I mean to share this post on Friday and then Cinco de Mayo celebrations and margaritas took over my brain soooo here it is a little late!! Two weekends ago we spent Thursday-Sunday in Hilton Head celebrating our friends getting married. It could not have been a more perfect weekend in the lowcountry between the gorgeous scenery, perfect weather, and love flowing all around!!
Friday night we went to the welcome party to kick off the celebrations.
Then Saturday was the big day!
The ceremony was outside on a beautiful brick entryway outside the golf course and then the cocktail hour and reception were back at the Sea Pines Beach Club overlooking the ocean. It was all so gorgeous!
I figured for a beach wedding it’s always a little windier in the afternoon generally so I figured pulling my hair into an updo was the best route to go!
Here’s a little shot of my hair….worked out pretty well doing it myself I think!
And I just loved the dress! So fun and flowy!

This dress comes in both regular and petite, however the regular sold out really fast so I’m keeping an eye out for the regular coming back in stock. The petite is getting low on stock last time I checked. Your hair! It’s so perfect!!!
Thanks Heidi!!! I got lucky, because I had no idea what I was doing!! LOL. Just threw the lower half of my hair up into a low bun, then twisted the rest around it and bobby-pinned everything in place! And LOTS of hair spray for back up!!
Did you do the hair yourself? It looks SO good! I could never do that. And the wedding looked like it was so much fun!!
