So things are looking new around here, huh?! I love it. Long story short, I sort of spontaneously decided that I wanted to update my site early last week, had some hiccups but here we are finally! So sorry for the delay but exciting new things are coming. Workout videos have been requested and workout videos are on their way 🙂 Along with coordinating workout programs and much more. ETA for that is probably in the new year and I’ll be working hard in the meantime!
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Craig & I went to my parents house.

It was warm enough on Thanksgiving Day that I was comfortable in shorts and a sweater. It got chillier that night and I put on my favorite lululemon leggings (that I’ve had forever) and uggs for when we sat by the fire.
After all the wine, sweet potato casserole, and chocolate chess pie, I had plenty of energy stores up for a longer run on Saturday morning. 7 miles in perfect running temperature. I wore shorts and a long sleeve.
We came back to Charlotte in time to go get our Christmas tree & start decorating the inside of our home! Craig made us some hot chocolate (with a bit of peppermint schnapps in it!), we put on Christmas music and lit the fire.
Today I think we’re going to work on the outside decorations. I can not get enough Christmas lights!
