If y’all follow me over on Instagram, there’s a chance you saw these bad boys last week:
Yup. Those are doughnuts…protein doughnuts from The DoughBar. 150 calories a piece with 11g of protein. And they are deliciousssss…stick them in the microwave for 15 seconds and you’ve got that “just out of the oven” baked gooeyness. Then with toppings like chocolate mocha and cookie dough, you’ll be in guilt free treat heaven. They’re a tasty & filling alternative to a typically fried doughnut. And those are fine every once in a while too! But these…I’d eat one everyday LOL.

And there’s exciting news too…they are coming out with a new treat, The Crispy Bar! Basically a protein rice krispy treat. Yummm!
It will be Certified Gluten Free, Vegan, Non-GMO, Fair Trade, Dairy-free, and Soy free! It’s Macro-friendly if you’re a flexible dieter, and it will have at least 15 grams of protein! The company, which was started up by an engaged couple, Marquez & Ondrea (Ondrea and I have bonded over wedding planning) and they are launching a Kickstarter to get this product fully through production and spread the word about the new goodies.
