My after-work and mid-week workout yesterday was mountain biking with the BF!!! I would never just go biking on my own on these trails that are kinda scary (in my novice opinion) but I like that he inspires me to try new things and get outside of my comfort zone!
That’s my “BIKING IS HARD and I’M EXHAUSTED” face.
Thursday’s workout was upper body & abs from the workout program! I did it while I caught up on TV. A bonus of working out in your living room 🙂 I was also barefoot so there’s that, too.
I’ll have a new workout to share on here soon but for today, I gotta share my newest favorite protein bar.

LOVE this! I got really into biking when we were in Jacksonville a few weeks ago and rented bikes for the weekend. You and Craig look like such a fun couple…I wish we lived closer for some double date action! 🙂
