										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey loves!  So our Italy trip is finally here (so please forgive my lack of blog posts while I&#8217;m away, but please also be sure to follow me on Instagram as I&#8217;ll be sharing everything on my stories and posts!!) and while I know we are going to be walking A TON so I&#8217;ll be getting my exercise in that way, I likely won&#8217;t have many days where I do a traditional &#8220;workout&#8221;.  I don&#8217;t want to take time away from seeing the beauty of Italy just because I feel like I have to get a run in or something.  That is the opposite of living a balanced life.  You never want your exercise to <em>detract</em> from you living.  You all know I genuinely love my sweat sessions but in this case, I know we will be walking around exploring and that is okay with me.  Say there is time somewhere for a mini little hotel room workout or something, I may do that, but I&#8217;m not stressing over it.  This <strong>At-Home Cardio Workout video</strong> is a great option for anyone that just wants something really quick but effective.  Of course if you have more time you can do it a few more times through!  It&#8217;ll get that heart rate up <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>We go to different places most weeks to find the best deals so we can save some money and also because we find the quality of certain foods are better at different places.  Not included here is a Costco run, which I may do a separate video for because it has so many different types of things.  If that&#8217;s something you&#8217;d like to see and what we get there, let me know in the comments!</p>

<li>whole roasted almonds (I love the Blue Diamond kind&#8230;the video shows the specific one, it&#8217;s the best!)</li>

<li>veggie chips (these are my favorite for a salty, crunchy snack)</li>

<p>Finally the return of the Thursday Three video.  I like to do these when I have quick little finds that I want to share!</p>

<p>Below are the products that I mention in the video:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>My favorite headband</strong>.  I am so obsessed with <a href="https://rstyle.me/n/c4eaa6b99uf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">this printed headband</a>, I now have it in two colors and I seriously want them all.  They&#8217;re super versatile, stretchy, and that perfect boho vibe!  And they&#8217;re under $20 <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></li>
<li><strong>Dry Shampoo</strong>.  I have tried so many types of dry shampoo.  My favorite one that is more on the &#8220;splurge&#8221; side (even though it&#8217;s not that bad, I just go through A LOT of it) is <a href="https://rstyle.me/n/c4eamib99uf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">this kind</a>.  I also love the<a href="https://rstyle.me/n/c4eam4b99uf" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> dry conditioner</a> in that same brand. I get the travel sizes for when we go on trips, too!  That&#8217;s also a good way to test the product to see if you like it before you invest in the bigger size.  I usually order this online.  A less expensive kind I really like is <a href="https://rstyle.me/n/c4eapyb99uf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">this kind</a>.  I have seen it at my grocery store, Target, CVS, etc. so it&#8217;s very accessible&#8230;and it smells great!  It&#8217;s only $4 a bottle <a href="https://rstyle.me/n/c4eapyb99uf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">at Target</a>.</li>
<li><strong>BCAAs</strong>.  That stands for Branched Chain Amino Acids, which are basically the building blocks of your muscle! I like the <a href="https://rstyle.me/n/c4eagab99uf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Scivation XTend in Watermelon</a>.  I don&#8217;t drink these at every workout, but typically on days when I&#8217;m doing strength training and HIIT together, a long run, or any time I&#8217;m just doing a grueling workout of some kind I like to drink a scoop of this mixed with water.  So yeah, that&#8217;s the majority of my workouts. I drink it during the workout and I do think it helps prevent me from fatigue, and I feel I don&#8217;t get as sore and recover more quickly.  Also, the watermelon flavor I get tastes like a liquid jolly rancher&#8230;it is SO GOOD.</li>
</ol>

Try to do it 3-4 times through or pair it at the end of a cardio session.  Your booty will thank you!</span></p>

<li>10 diagonal back kicks per leg</li>
<li>10 straight back kicks per leg</li>
<li>10 abductors per leg</li>
<li>10 glute hip bridges with knee pulse outs</li>

<p>This is also a great workout just to do if you&#8217;re at home in front of the TV! Get up and do a round at the commercials or during your favorite show, and pair with some abs! Sneaking that toning in!!</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve got a new workout for ya today&#8230;a <strong>5-move total body workout video</strong>!  Yes, you can work your entire body in 5 moves.  How? Compound exercises!! To put it in the most basic form, it&#8217;s just performing multiple exercises together so you can work various muscle groups at the same time.  Also, when you do compound moves, you engage your core for the entire time so you work those abs too even though you might not realize it!! <a href="https://www.bessharringtoncarter.com/2018/03/22/a-flat-belly-trick-you-might-not-know/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Just remember to engage that TA</a>!  It is super efficient, blasts calories and build lean muscle.  So if you&#8217;re short on time, these are definitely the moves you wanna do.  These are my go-to&#8217;s in this video, so check it out &amp; come sweat with me!</p>

They come in a bunch of flavors, I get it at Target and the one I am snacking on in the video is the Double Chocolate Brownie flavor.  The consistency and flavor is just like a brownie.  I think a serving size is 4 bites, but I&#8217;ve been known to have more than 4 in a sitting.  They&#8217;re addicting!  Great ingredients &amp; flavor.</li>
