In case you missed it, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is now open to the public, whereas at the beginning it was only open to card holders.  So now everyone can get their shop on with the best deals ever!  I personally created a brand new fall wardrobe for a couple hundred dollars…all you need is some key pieces that are versatile.  Check out this post to see some of my favorite things under $50.

So now I wanted to share some of the Best of Activewear in the sale because if you’re like me, you spend A LOT of your time in activewear and rock that athleisure style all day everyday.  So I have picked out what I think are the best deals from the best brands below, and then my activewear look below is also part of the sale.

AND NOW let’s get the Weekly Workouts down.  I’ve changed it up a bit this week and given 2 optional rest days.  I know I typically stick to 6 days a week of working out, but 5 is still really great and sometimes your body can really use the extra rest. So if you’re feeling extra tired and not able to give it your all in 6 days a week of working out, maybe try cutting back a day and rest more.  And this may change from week to week.  Just listen to your body!

WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE

MONDAY: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice: running, spin class, walking, etc.

TUESDAY: Legs & Cardio Circuit | Complete 3-5x through:

• 1 minute high knees
• 20 single leg back lunge with a hop (per side)
• 20 squat jacks
• 10 woodchops per side
• 10 double squat jump burpees
• 24 walking lunges
• 1 minute mountain climbers

WEDNESDAY: Optional Rest Day

THURSDAY: Full Body Circuit |  Complete 3-5x through:

• 20 plie squats with upright row
• 30 seconds skaters
• 24 alternating back lunges with bicep curl
• 30 seconds jumping jacks
• 15 squats to shoulder press
• 10 burpees
• 12 bent over triceps kickbacks with single leg booty kickback (12 per leg, 24 total arms)
• 30 seconds plank jacks
• 24 alternating knee to elbow in plank position
• 40 bicycle crunches

FRIDAY: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice: running, spin class, walking, etc.

SATURDAY: Grab a buddy and go on a hike or take a new workout class! Try to move for at least an hour today even if it’s just a long walk.

SUNDAY: Rest Day!

I sincerely hope this nubby cardigan gets restocked because it is one of my FAVORITES.  My jeans and tee are also in the sale.  My tee sold out and then they restocked the colors and sizes…I got it in white, charcoal, and black.  It’s SO soft and stretchy and longer in the back, so perfect with leggings!! I’m in a size small.  Get it here.  My jeans are still available in a few sizes but I’m hopeful they will fully restock them.  Click here to check!!  They also come in a lighter wash which I love too, click here.  They fit true to size and have some stretch

PS– I shared in the beauty category below, but my favorite curling iron is on a big sale here. It’s what I use, except mine is white, but same size and everything else Just a different color.  I also picked up this set because the mask alone is worth the price and it’s the best complexion-clearing mask I’ve ever found.  If I see a pimple popping up I put this on it and I swear it’s magical.

• 20 dumbbell press jacks
• 10 woodchops per side
• 10 burpees
• 40 mountain climbers
• 15 pushups
• 15 triceps dips
• 20 crunches
• 40 bicycle crunches
• 12 bicep curl to shoulder press

THURSDAY: 30-45 minutes cardio of your choice

FRIDAY:  Full Body | Complete each circuit 3x

Circuit 1:

• 15 plie squat with upright row
• 20 alternating back lunge with bicep curl
• 30 seconds jumping jacks

If you aren’t a card holder at Nordstrom, don’t worry, I will be creating an additional guide for the sale once it is open to all.  Some stuff will likely be sold out at that point, but I’ll keep an eye on restocks and share.  The sale opens to all on July 20th.

My favorite thing with the NSale is that it’s the best time to pick up so many staple closet items and then another great thing to stock up on is boots, coats/jackets, and activewear.  Just my opinion but that’s where you get the most bang for your buck!  I will have other posts throughout the sale too as things are added or restocked, including best activewear, best of beauty, home decor, & more.

Here are my day 1 picks and the things I bought! Plenty of fall staples…yes I got 3 different colors of this long sleeve tee and 2 different colors of this cardigan!  Also, my all time FAVORITE pair of jeans are in the sale. They’re an investment but worth every penny.  So flattering, comfortable, and will last!
